Pool Deck
Welcome to the only private pool and spa in Avila Beach! Nap in the resort style chaise lounges, relax in the cozy fire pit seating area, swim in the heated pool, gaze at the stars from the hot tub. You will never want to leave.
Kitchen
The huge gourmet kitchen showcases beautiful stainless appliances and is fully stocked to make you feel right at home. Enjoy cooking or pull up a chair at the large island and watch the Chef.
Living Room
The shared dining and living room area overlook the pool and the Pacific Ocean through floor to ceiling glass. There is a lovely powder room off the living room. Watch the game or a movie on the large television or unplug and read a book by the fireplace.

Grand Suite
The Grand Suite is the largest bedroom and features a huge bathroom with a shower, double vanity and a soaking tub. This bedroom also has a private balcony with ocean views.
King Suite One
Spacious King master suite with beautiful canopy bed, private bathroom, TV and writers desk.
King Suite Two
Suite Two features a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
King Suite Three
Suite three features a king bed and a private bathroom with a large shower.
Twin Room
The Twin Room has two twin beds and is ideal for kids that need to be closer to parents staying in the Grand Suite. Please note that the only bathroom on the upper level is within the Grand Suite, so Guests sleeping in the Twin Room would likely need to share this bathroom.
Fireplace Deck
This third-story deck features cozy outdoor lounge furniture. Enjoy happy hour with some of the best views in the house. When the sun sets, grab a blanket and crank on the fireplace and built-in outdoor heater.
Den
The Den is located on the upper level adjacent to the Grand Suite. It features a lounge area, fireplace, writer's desk, and french doors leading to the fireplace deck. The den is perfect for getting some work done or enjoying a book in a quiet place.
Recreation Room
There is something for everybody in the large recreation room. Whether you want to watch a movie on the 84” television, play a classic board game, play video games or foosball, you will be comfortable on the large couch and the oversized bean bag. This room can be converted into a large meeting room for corporate retreats.
Bunk Room
Kids of all ages love the bunk room. There are 4 double beds and two twin beds in the bunk room, which comfortably accommodates six.
Garage
The spacious two-car garage has a 40 AMP electric car charger, a ping pong table, extra refrigerator and tons of sand toys and supplies for the beach. There are three additional driveway parking spaces behind the private entrance gate for guest vehicles.
Laundry Room
If you find yourself needing to do laundry during your trip, we provide everything you will need.
Bathroom
All bathrooms are equipped with premium linens and toiletries. This lower level bathroom is designed to accommodate multiple bunk room users with two sinks and a separate shower/toilet room.
