Located in the heart of downtown Avila Beach, you will enjoy incredible year-round weather, nearby shopping & restaurants, and the multitude of outdoor activities the beautiful Central Coast has to offer. This property boasts FOUR master suites, each with a king bed and full private bath, offering luxury and privacy while vacationing with family and friends. Kids will love the spacious bunk room and recreation room. Everybody will enjoy the multiple entertaining spaces that take advantage of the beautiful ocean, mountain and golf course views. Ideal for a corporate work retreat. Multiple master suites provide privacy not often found in vacation rentals. The large recreation room transforms into a 10-person conference room, with large TV and white boards. Cater lunch in the spacious kitchen and enjoy cocktails by the pool.
Your Home Away From Home
We are looking for guests who will treat both our home and our neighbors with respect. If you are looking for a 'party house' please look elsewhere. Security will be called if rules are not followed.

Maximum number of guests is 16. Sleeps up to 12 adults.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in house or on decks.

Rental Agreement
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement at time of booking.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
100% refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival 50% refund if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival No refund within 14 days of arrival
Payment
First 50% payment is due at time of booking Second 50% payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
Security Deposit
Guests are required to provide a $3,000 security deposit. The security deposit hold will take effect 3 days prior to check in & will be released 7 days after check out. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused during their stay.

Your safety matters. This property features exterior surveillance cameras. These devices may be recording activity for your safety, but should not infringe on your privacy
Quiet Hours
Quiet times are between 10pm and 8am, for respect to our neighbors, and the Avila Beach Colony Drive Ordinances. Security will be called if rules are not followed. We do not allow parties, weddings or other large gatherings without Owner approval during booking.
Pool & Spa
The pool and hot tub are “swim at your own risk”. There is a pool cover and exterior door alarms that should be used when vacationing with children. Please be aware there is not a fence separating the pool from the home. A pool waiver is required to be read and signed by guests prior to check in.
Parking
Space for five cars. Space for two in the garage and three in the driveway.
Events
All events, gatherings or large parties must have prior homeowner approval. Failure to do so may constitute immediate removal of your group from the home.

Health & Safety
You agree that all members of your group will be in compliance with the most up to date san luis obispo county health orders at the time of your stay.
Cleaning Practices
Cleaned with disinfectant. Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact. All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF. High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets).
Stairs
This house has a LOT of stairs. On the main level, there are multiple bedrooms and most of the house's indoor and outdoor living space. If someone in your party has difficulty with stairs, we suggest these guests enjoy the main level of the house.
